In House Continuous Program

A continuous school program provides children an excellent context for learning basic engineering concepts and application of mathematics and science by using the tools of robotics through regular classes. This class can be conducted during class hours or weekend class as per the decision of the management.

Students build and program real life robotic solutions. They learn about robotics, basic engineering terminology, sensors, motors and their experiments and NXT programming. They build a MyBot and program it to perform 6 basic tasks and 4 advanced tasks. They learn principles of light, sound, sensor technology and mechanics. They have to use basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and finding averages while performing tasks. In addition to basic mathematics they have to use concepts of geometry such as angles, triangles, measuring distance etc. They also build CastorBot, 3 motor chasis, HammerBot and Rattlesnake robots. In this program children have to design, build and program their own robot, thereby promoting creativity and innovation in their young minds. This program concludes with a SumoBot challenge and an Obstacle challenge.

Robokidz will provide the following:

Robotic kits
Trainers
Laptops
Programming Software
Level 1 & 2 Certificate on successful completion
Study materials
Writing pads, pencil or pen, rulers
IHCP hoarding for schools to display
The school shall provide the space for conducting the robotic class.

Duration of program: 5 months or 30 hours (One and half hour per week).
